15. 10. 2011 - Inza Performance Cycling Software v1.8 – new server team version
In last days was successfully finished a final practice testing of the new software version, which allows automatic data sharing between coach and his riders. It means, that training and racing rider's data are synchronized on coach's side via server. This solution allows working with Inza Software and evaluate training data without connection to the internet in contrast of fully server solution, when user must be connected to the internet for analyzing data. In this solution, server is using only for data synchronization between coach and his riders. Software and data are in a computer on both sides (coach and rider)!
On youtube channel
InzaCyclingSoftware you can see 2 video trailers, in which is process how to set automatic data sharing on
rider's side
and
coach's side.
New software version is available on webpage

Into Important documents section was added link to the PDF document, which describes one of the new sophisticated analysis, which is only implemented in the Inza Performance Cycling Software. This analysis is called
Analysis of watt zones behaviour.
The analysis provides information about the watt performance (power output) values which correspond to the aforementioned pulse rate zones. It is exactly this basis which allows us to analyse the quality of the individual energetic systems over the course of the analysed period.

20. 12. 2010 - Started meeting with Pro Tour teams
Because the i-trenink.com company has top goals, so in addition to global expansion of software is needed to start Inza Performance Cycling Software to use the best of the best. Therefore, we contacted few Pro Tour Teams, from which has responded HTC, Garmin, BMC and Sky Pro Cycling Teams.
The biggest response came from the Sky Pro Team (named Tim Kerrison - Head of Performance Support), who showed eminent interest to know details of the software. Because the sending materials, which describes new sophisticated analysis, were interesting, we agreed that in the coming months will test our Inza Software, so we have enough time to incorporate any deficiencies that would otherwise have constituted an obstacle to cooperation from the start of the season 2012. We were satisfied that they are in detail acquainted with the software and new analysis, because Sky Pro Team uses only the best equipment.
In HTC Pro Team, talks ongoing with head coach (Sebastian Weber), who should already start testing in January's days. Further negotiations are underway directly with the German SRM. There will be a complicated situation, because they have their own software of course, and we do not know whether they pay an external company or its own employees to developing software and so on.

10. 11. 2010 - Inza Performance Cycling Software v1.6
Inza Performance Cycling Software has been improved to automatic data import from interface TrainingPeaks 'pwx' format. If you use utility Device Agent for data import into TrainingPeaks WKO software from your hardware (Garmin Edge, SRM PowerControl, ...), then this utility creates copies of imported records in the 'pwx' data format into special folder.
Further Inza SW has been improved to automatically data import from other models of Garmin Edge (for example Edge 500) than models 705 and 800. These data files have 'fit' extension. It means, that current version of Inza Performance Cycling Software could automatic data import from all models of Garmin Edge. In these models after connecting to PC throw USB connector and starting Inza SW, new records in HW will be automatically transfered into PC and after that, these new records will be automatically imported into Inza SW, too.
Whole process by these models is now becoming fully automated.

4. 5. 2010 - RoadCycling.cz: Performance analysis W/1 beat
One of the best known czech internet cycling news servers RoadCycling.cz published another article from the series presenting the new analysis in the Inza Performance software ...
An excerpt from the article:"...Each point represents one particular record (training session or race) in this particular graph, where we can find the calendar date of the record on the X-axis and the value of the new two-dimensional variable W/1beat on the Y-axis. The basic interpretation of the analysis is as follows. If the curve is growing in a particular period (the points are situated higher), this means growing performance because the individual in question exercised a higher watt performance at the same or similar pulse rate values than in the case of the records which are situated lower (their value of the Y-coordinate is more negative). We must be much more cautious when interpreting the analysis ...""

23. 2. 2010 - RoadCycling.cz: Plausibility – imaginary nature of the results of laboratory exercise tests for evaluation of development of physical condition
One of the best known czech internet cycling news servers RoadCycling.cz published another article of the series dealing with laboratory exercise diagnostics ...
Excerpt from the article:"...Why do exercise tests provide imaginary numbers which do not reflect our real physical condition? During an exercise test, we exercise physical work that amounts to tens of Wh. This is on the level of compensating relaxation cycling one day after a difficult race (for example). Standard training units amount to hundreds of Wh. Hard training sessions (in my case) are found within the range of 500 – 1000 Wh. In other words, our fitness and the ability to regenerate when fatigued do not show during an exercise test ......"

18. 1. 2010 - Bikezone.cz: Inza Performance Software – new feature in training analysis
You can read the interview by Mr. Tomas Gladis with me about software, watts and other things on
Bikezone.cz
Introduction to the interview:"Tomas, you are the author of software allowing analysis of data from wattmeters, which are becoming more and more popular – how would you briefly describe the capabilities and purposes of the Inza Performance Software?"
Answer:"The aim of the software is to provide a more accomplished image of a specific cyclist as far as his fitness and particularly performance are concerned. The software is a feedback instrument; if we want to train as effectively as possible, we have to know if our performance has a positive growth trend. Management of the training process is more difficult without this feedback."

13. 1. 2010 - RoadCycling.cz: Application areas for wattmeter utilisation in the training process
One of the best known czech internet cycling news servers RoadCycling.cz published another article from the series in which I deal with the wattmeter utilisation for training process management...
Introduction to the article:"A training system is a set of methods which consist of individual rules, procedures and instruments, thanks to which we can achieve the set goal – improvement of our performance and fitness. A training diary, wattmeter, software for data analysis, lactatometer, oxygen tent and other instruments are “only” instruments, thanks to which we can significantly increase the effectiveness of the whole training system. However, the right manual (method) that describes how to implement and utilise the given instrument during the training process must be available to us so that these instruments can generate added value. If we do not possess the right knowledge and experience how to use a new instrument, it will at most not hurt us, but it can actually cause us harm in the worst case scenario...."

18. 12. 2009 - RoadCycling.cz: Physical overexertion – fatigue analysis
Motto of the article: „We do not train to ruin ourselves but to get tired in a suitable manner and to subsequently increase our fitness and performance with proper recovery (food diet, relaxation, ...).“
The first professional article was published on one of the best known czech internet cyclist information servers - RoadCycling.cz. Physical overexertion is one of the most important factors for modelling and management of the training process. The basic idea is as follows.
During a cycling training session, a certain quantity of physical work is exercised. The physical work exercised is a stress factor for our body which disturbs the balance of the inner environment and thus causes fatigue. The human body has the ability to regenerate; therefore balance is regained after a certain amount of time. However, this balance, if this concerns an effective training system, has higher parameters in terms of how well trained a person is and of performance. ...

3. 12. 2009 - RoadCycling.cz – Review of the Inza Performance Software
One of the best known czech internet cycling news servers - RoadCycling.cz published a basic review of the software. The review was written by Mr. Chadim, who had the possibility of using the tested software for a few months. I agree with most minor flaws that were mentioned. It is necessary to be aware of the fact that I am at the beginning and there is a time and order for everything. Several articles should be published over the following months in which I will try to explain what made me develop this software, what I consider the benefit of new analyses for the training process itself and other things...

23. 11. 2009 - A personal appointment with Jiri Friedl (Merida Biking UCI Trade Team)
A personal appointment with Jioi Friedl took place in Dolni Radechova last week. The conversation was about the training process, utilisation of a wattmeter in the training process and above all a presentation of the cycling software - Inza Performance Software was given. Jirka has been using a Power Tap wattmeter and the Power Agent software during his training sessions for almost two years. Jirka was so satisfied with the software presentation, particularly with new analyses, that we installed the software on his computer with the result that Jirka will be using the Inza Performance Software in the new season 2010. Jirka has been observing the relation between pulse rate and watt performance from a long-term point of view during his training process. It is the new analyses in the Inza Performance Software that make this analysis (monitoring) much easier.
We will be bringing you Jirka’s opinions and evaluation of the Inza Performance Software in the References section.

6. 9. 2009 - Section about the real benefit of wattmeters in the training process
Zdenik Bartos and I are planning to launch a new section on this website in the middle of October, where we will deal with the benefit of the wattmeter for the training process. Due to our experience and knowledge we suppose that the real contribution (added value) of the wattmeter in the training process consists in a “slightly” different fact from that we can read about in various professional magazines or on internet servers for cyclists.
