How do we differ from our competitors?

Primarily, it is not the question of the training plan or telemetry from wattmeter and heart rate monitor, this is just a small fraction of the whole training cycling system and thus a small fraction of the success in the form of an increase in performance and better results in races. Above all, this is the question of the complexity of the whole training system (training, diet, regeneration). The main point is practical experience and professional knowledge. Do you know, for example, that it is optimal to consume 4 grams of carbohydrates for 1kg of your body weight 4-5 hours before the race? It is particularly a question of quantity, quality, good timing and speed of communication between the client and the coach...

The basic philosophy is as follows. Everybody talks first and foremost about the cycling training plan. The cycling training plan is only a small fraction of the whole training process – and thus of all knowledge. It is important, but on the other hand it just represents a guideline – the path one can follow to increase the probability of success.

We have prepared 3 basic cycling programmes for you that generally vary in the amount of knowledge passed on and quality of communication! And this is the point. If you have the wattmeter or pulsemeter data, you pay more in the case of other companies. In our case the individual cycling training programmes vary, as stated before, in terms of quality, quantity and speed of the feedback towards you, the clients.

Important note

Due to the fact that we prefer the quality of cycling coaching services to the number of clients it is necessary to realise that the Hobby and Profi programmes are very limited in terms of capacity. A capacity of up to 5 clients can be anticipated for the Profi programme and up to 10 clients for the Hobby programme. Do not hesitate and register before the others do!!!

We have prepared 3 cycling training programmes for you:

BASIC cycling training programme

  • training plan for 1 training block (4-5 weeks)
  • the client makes a record about a training unit (feeling, wattmeter and pulsemeter data, ...) › info necessary for feedback
  • feedback – evaluation after the training block is finished and subsequent creation of a new training plan + possible adjustment of the training plan in case of unexpected circumstances (e.g. illness)
  • first month free of charge (see "Comments about prices of the individual training programmes" – link on this page below)
  • PRICE: 20 EUR (1 training block)

HOBBY cycling training programme

  • feedback about the changes to the training plan within 24 hours (see product detail)
  • regular monitoring of training records (feeling, wattmeter and pulsemeter data, ...) in weekly cycles and possible update for the next week
  • communication regarding the training process in weekly cycles
  • PRICE: 48 EUR (1 month)

PROFI cycling training programme

  • all knowledge acquired by us during our career will gradually be passed on
  • feedback according to customer request (telephone, e-mail, ...) – continuous communication
  • continuous monitoring of training records (feeling, wattmeter and pulsemeter data, ...)
  • knowledge regarding diet, regeneration, form timing, choice of correct clothing, assistance when purchasing cycling material and more ...
  • PRICE: 120 EUR (1 month)
