Training cycling programme - Profi

I think that the previous training programmes for cyclists (Basic and Hobby) have been described quite thoroughly so just “in brief”. If you require (are looking for) something you did not find in the previous training programmes for cyclists, this Profi training programme for cyclists is intended just for you.

The point is that when the client requires it, he calls the mobile phone number - no matter if this is at 8 o'clock in the morning or in the evening – and we will try to solve the current problem.

If you for example look around after the race, you will usually see the following. People think that it is all over after the race. The race itself, of course, is the main goal but the end of the race is a new, more important beginning. Instead of having a meal with the correct glycaemia index and correct ratio between carbohydrates and proteins which the cyclist brings with him or taking a 30-minute compensation ride after the race to speed up the recovery processes in the body, he throws his bike in his car and starts to look for a “restaurant” where he can eat something (in the worst case scenario, he queues up to get his bike washed for an hour). These fatal mistakes postpone the beginning of recovery by a few important hours and the cyclist is not able to undertake a full-value training session on Monday or on Tuesday (it just deepens the fatigue). In this manner, the season finishes at the beginning of June for most people without them even wanting to admit it.

This was just a small example of where to look for fatal failings. Primarily, the point is not to use modern instruments such as cycling wattmeters, electrostimulation of muscles or food supplements. The training system and its specific settings are the key. It is important to have a plan for the upcoming season, to know when and what to train, to perceive the training impulses and evaluate them correctly by means of experience and knowledge gained.

If I had to describe (explain) in my own words, what the added value of this particular training programme consists in compared to the previous programmes and the competitors, I would say the following. In this programme I consider the meaning of the individual wattmeter or pulsemeter curves, how to apply the development intervals and other important knowledge about which almost nothing is written, to be a matter of course in this programme. The real know-how consists in the training philosophy, in the training system itself! In my humble opinion, I have never seen anybody doing it in a similar way as we do it in all the 8 years I have applied myself to cycling (I believe someone can always be found).

The fact that this training system really works can be proven by the following facts.

If you want to make use of your training effort, your precious time you have been devoting to this sport and considerable funding you have invested into this sport as efficiently as possible, this training programme for cyclists is intended just for you. Do not hesitate!

By means of this training programme your training effort will progress to a position where we can start to MANAGE your training process together. It is precisely management that represents the top of the pyramid in the form of quality when we want to achieve the best possible increase in performance from a long-term point of view. It is just up to you whether you will just train or manage your training process and beat your opponents in races.

Important note

The capacity of this training programme for cyclist is limited to a maximum of 5 clients.
