How do we differ from our competitors?

Primarily, it is not the question of the training plan or telemetry from wattmeter and heart rate monitor, this is just a small fraction of the whole training cycling system and thus a small fraction of the success in the form of an increase in performance and better results in races. Above all, this is the question of the complexity of the whole training system (training, diet, regeneration). The main point is practical experience and professional knowledge. Do you know, for example, that it is optimal to consume 4 grams of carbohydrates for 1kg of your body weight 4-5 hours before the race? It is particularly a question of quantity, quality, good timing and speed of communication between the client and the coach...

Training cycling programme - Hobby

The previous texts in the Coaching services section make it obvious what the difference between the Basic training programme and Hobby training programme is. Just a short reminder. When the client (Hobby programme) receives the training plan in which for example development intervals are applied on a certain day, he will also gain the knowledge necessary for him to achieve the best possible efficiency. He will for example receive information about how he should feel on the individual days within the framework of a weekly cycle and other necessary information which dramatically increases the quality of the training plan for cyclists. The pulsemeter and wattmeter data itself provide only small progress without the necessary experience and knowledge. The training plan for cyclists acquires a dynamic form in this programme owing to the feedback. And this is exactly the point (within the framework of this programme) where the professional management of the training process starts. Management of the training process represents a much higher added value than the training plan itself.

And now for the question what the difference between the Hobby and Profi training programmes is. Only the knowledge and experience within the framework of the training is passed on, for example diet and recovery processes, discussion about a suitable composition of races for the particular client and other important information which is not found in professional magazines and literature are not contained in this area.

If you want to know this information and if you want us to do “absolutely everything” for you, the Profi programme is intended for you.

This type of programme (Hobby) guarantees the following. If the client regularly submits information about the training sessions (pulsemeter or wattmeter data, subjective feelings and perception of the individual training sessions, …) he went through, this information is evaluated in weekly intervals (1 training microcycle) and later, if necessary, the training plan for cyclists is updated for a new week. Furthermore, the client receives feedback about the previous weekly training block, what he trained well, where failings were found, …, this is feedback for the client on the basis of which he can learn and improve.

If a client thinks during the week that a cycling training session did not develop as it had been planned, he can call or send an e-mail. However, this service is limited because this is the Hobby programme. If the client requires more intensive communication, he must upgrade to the Profi training programme for cyclists.

Important note

The capacity of this training programme for cyclists is limited to a maximum of 10 clients.
