How do we differ from our competitors?

Primarily, it is not the question of the training plan or telemetry from wattmeter and heart rate monitor, this is just a small fraction of the whole training cycling system and thus a small fraction of the success in the form of an increase in performance and better results in races. Above all, this is the question of the complexity of the whole training system (training, diet, regeneration). The main point is practical experience and professional knowledge. Do you know, for example, that it is optimal to consume 4 grams of carbohydrates for 1kg of your body weight 4-5 hours before the race? It is particularly a question of quantity, quality, good timing and speed of communication between the client and the coach...

Ordering a training programme for cyclists

You are at the point where it is necessary for you to submit as much basic information about yourself as possible so that we can start our cooperation. The more information we gain from you, the higher the quality of the beginning of our cooperation will be.

We have prepared two types of basic orders (individual agreement is of course possible).

1st order type

You can either order cooperation for each training block (approx. 1 month) whereas the cycling training plan for the first month will be free of charge for every new client of the BASIC training programme for cyclists. The goal is the fact that we want the new client to be able to verify our quality and upgrade to higher products (HOBBY and PROFI) without any risk. There is a 30 per cent discount for the higher products (HOBBY and PROFI).

2nd order type

In the case of the 2nd order type you will pay for several training blocks at once at the beginning (for example for the whole preparatory period or the whole race period), you will receive a training plan for the whole period (not only 1 training block) and our whole cooperation will proceed according to what programme (BASIC, HOBBY, PROFI) you have chosen. As stated several times before, the initial quality of the cycling training plan is the same in the case of every programme, the difference consists in the quality of the feedback (amount of knowledge passed on, speed of communication, ...).

The philosophy is as follows. Primarily the point is not that the client saves money if he chooses a longer time period. The point is that at the beginning of the period the client receives the whole training plan for this period. He can find a “way” (system) in it we can follow. If he gets a cycling training plan for one month only, this system cannot be recognised. Then it can happen that one says: “There is some jogging, swimming ,… here, now isn’t that simple?” I will train my own way. However, the truth is quite the opposite!
